Mat adhesive is a practical solution for restoring the adhesive surface of cutting mats used with compatible Silhouette machines. Over time, cutting mats can lose their grip through repeated use, dust, and material residue. This adhesive helps refresh the mat surface so materials stay in place more securely during cutting.

It is ideal for users who want to extend the life of their cutting mats and maintain more consistent cutting performance when working with paper, cardstock, vinyl, and other common crafting materials. By improving material hold, the adhesive helps reduce shifting during cutting and supports cleaner, more accurate results.

Each container includes approximately 200 to 250 grams, making it a practical option for repeated mat maintenance and ongoing use. Suitable for hobby and professional applications, mat adhesive is a useful accessory for keeping cutting mats functional and ready for new projects.

Questions about this product

Which machines and cutting mats does this adhesive work with?

Silhouette Cameo mat adhesive is made for the cutting mats used with compatible Silhouette machines. The adhesive refreshes the sticky layer on the mat itself, not anything inside the machine, so what you are treating is the mat and not the cutter. If you are not sure your mat is one of these, send a photo over WhatsApp and Printman will tell you before you order.

How much adhesive is in one container and what does it cost?

Each container of Silhouette Cameo mat adhesive holds roughly 200 to 250 grams and sells for 10.000 JOD at Printman in Amman. That quantity is meant for repeated mat maintenance, so one container keeps a mat working through several rounds instead of being a single-use fix. There is one standard size, so nothing needs choosing at checkout.

Why does a cutting mat stop holding material?

A cutting mat loses its grip through repeated use, dust and leftover material residue on the surface. Mat adhesive is made to refresh that surface so paper, cardstock and vinyl sit still again instead of shifting while the blade works. It suits anyone who would rather get more life out of the mat they already have than keep replacing it. For how to apply it to your own mat, message Printman on WhatsApp.

Which materials will a re-tacked mat hold?

Mat adhesive is aimed at the everyday crafting materials that slip once a mat goes dull, so paper, cardstock, vinyl and similar sheets sit still again while the blade works. A firmer hold stops the sheet moving mid-cut, which is what keeps the cut on its lines. For heavier or unusual stock, ask Printman first.

How soon can I collect the mat adhesive or have it delivered?

Mat adhesive orders are usually ready for collection at the Amman shop in 1 to 3 business days, and delivery time is added on top of that. Standard delivery is 3.000 JOD anywhere in Jordan and arrives within 48 hours, and it is free once the order passes 100.000 JOD. Collection is from Al Salehin Complex, Office 207, Al-Shahid street.
