Which Silhouette machines does the AutoBlade Type B fit?

The AutoBlade Type B fits Silhouette Cameo 4, Cameo 4 Pro, Cameo 4 Plus, Cameo 5, Cameo 5 Plus, CAMEO5α, CAMEO5α Plus, CAMEO PRO MK-II, Curio 2, Portrait 3 and Portrait 4. A Silhouette blade model does not swap into a different machine, so check which model you have before you order this one.

Do I have to set the blade depth by hand?

Blade depth on the AutoBlade Type B is set by the machine, not by hand. You choose the material in Silhouette Studio and the machine sets the blade to the length that material needs. That takes the guesswork out of setup, and the same blade handles paper, vinyl and fabric with no manual reset.

What materials does this blade cut?

The AutoBlade Type B carries a tungsten tip and is built for general cutting work, so paper, vinyl and fabric all sit inside what it handles. Printman sells it as the everyday blade for craft, labelling and design jobs. For a material outside that list, send the material name over WhatsApp before you order.

Will the AutoBlade Type B work in a Cameo 3?

Cameo 3 is not on the compatible list for the AutoBlade Type B. That list is every Cameo 4 and Cameo 5 version, plus the CAMEO PRO MK-II, Curio 2, Portrait 3 and Portrait 4, and a Silhouette blade model does not swap into a different machine. Check which model your machine is first, and if it is not one of those, ask Printman on WhatsApp which blade it takes.

How much is the Cameo 5 blade and how fast can I get it in Amman?
