Which Silhouette machines does the Cameo 4 AutoBlade fit?

The AutoBlade Type B fits Silhouette Cameo 4, Cameo 4 Pro, Cameo 4 Plus, Cameo 5, Cameo 5 Plus, CAMEO5α, CAMEO5α Plus, CAMEO PRO MK-II, Curio 2, Portrait 3 and Portrait 4. Check the model name on your machine before you order, because Silhouette blade model numbers are not interchangeable. Printman sells this blade in Amman at 30 JOD.

Do I need to set the blade depth by hand?

The AutoBlade Type B sets its own depth. You pick the material in Silhouette Studio, send the job, and the machine drives the blade out to the length that material needs, so you are not setting the depth by hand or guessing at a setting. The only setup left on your side is picking the right material in the software.

What materials can the AutoBlade Type B cut?

The AutoBlade Type B has a tungsten tip and is built for general cutting on the materials people run every day on a Cameo, such as paper, vinyl and fabric. Printman sells it as the all-round blade for craft, labelling and design work rather than a specialist tip. If your material is thick or unusual, ask us on WhatsApp before you order and we will tell you whether this blade suits it.

Will this blade work in a Cameo 3 or an older Silhouette?

The AutoBlade Type B is not on the compatibility list for the Cameo 3 or for anything older than it. The list covers the Cameo 4 and Cameo 5 families, the CAMEO PRO MK-II, the Curio 2, the Portrait 3 and the Portrait 4. If the model name on your machine is not on that list, ask Printman before you order.

How much is the Cameo 4 blade and how fast can I get it in Amman?

The Cameo 4 AutoBlade is 30 JOD and comes in a single standard version. Orders are usually ready for collection from the Printman office in Amman within 1 to 3 business days, and delivery time is added on top of that. Standard delivery is 3 JOD anywhere in Jordan within 48 hours, and it is free once the order passes 100 JOD.
