Our promotional products are made for businesses and organizations that hand something branded to a customer, a visitor or a new member of staff and want it to keep working after the meeting ends. This category covers metal pens, notebooks, tote bags, button pins and car windshield sun shades, customized with your logo and ordered through our shop in Amman.

These are the items ordered ahead of a conference stand, a store opening, an onboarding pack or a seasonal giveaway. Pens and notebooks go into welcome kits and desk sets. Tote bags work for retail handouts and event bags. Button pins suit campaigns, staff identification and student activities. Sun shades are a summer giveaway for dealerships, service centers and showrooms.

Turnaround and delivery on promotional products

Most orders are ready for collection within 1 to 3 business days, and delivery time is added on top of production. Standard delivery is 3 JD and arrives within 48 hours anywhere in Jordan. Same-day delivery is 4 JD inside Amman and 6 JD to other governorates. Delivery fees may vary for large-size items and bulk orders, so confirm the fee before you fix a giveaway date. Quote requests are answered within one business day.

How long does an order take?
Most orders are ready within 1 to 3 business days for collection from our shop in Amman. Delivery time is added on top of that.

Do you deliver outside Amman?
Yes. Standard delivery is 3 JD and arrives within 48 hours across all of Jordan. Same-day delivery is 4 JD inside Amman and 6 JD to other governorates. Delivery fees may vary for large-size items and bulk orders.

What artwork files do you accept?
PDF, AI, EPS, PSD, JPEG and PNG. Use CMYK color mode, images at 300 DPI or higher, bleed and trim marks where the design runs to the edge, and embed or outline all fonts.

Do you design the logo or artwork for me?
No. We do not currently offer in-house graphic design services. Send a ready file and we will review it for print suitability before production.
