Should I choose UV printing or laser engraving for my pens?
UV printing puts the logo on the pen as printed artwork, so the mark sits on the surface of the metal. Laser engraving marks the design into the metal itself, so it shows in the pen's own tone instead of in ink. Both finishes are offered on these pens, so tell Printman which finish you want when you send the logo file.
How many metal pens can I order at once?
Metal pens come in fixed quantities on this page: 1, 5, 10, 50 or 100 pens. Price across those quantities runs from 5 JOD to 100 JOD. If you need more than 100 pens, send the number to Printman on WhatsApp and the quote comes back within one business day.
What artwork file do you need to print a logo on a pen?
Printman prints the pens from the file you supply, since there is no in-house graphic design here. Accepted artwork is PDF, AI, EPS, PSD, JPEG or PNG, in CMYK at 300 DPI minimum, with fonts embedded or converted to outlines. Upload the logo on the product page or send it on WhatsApp after ordering, and Printman checks it for print suitability before printing.
How soon can branded pens be ready for an event?
Branded metal pens are usually ready for collection in 1 to 3 business days after the artwork is approved, and delivery time is added on top of that. Standard delivery is 3 JOD anywhere in Jordan within 48 hours, and it is free over 100 JOD. For a dated event, order with a few days of slack and send the logo file the same day you place the order.
Can I choose the pen colour as well as the branding?
Pen colour and quantity are the two choices on this product page, so the barrel colour is picked at order time. The branding method, UV print or laser engraving, is not one of the page options, so name the one you want when you send the logo file on WhatsApp. What Printman does not do is redraw a logo to suit a colour, because there is no in-house graphic design, so send the mark your company already uses.
Do you invoice a company for a branded pen order?
Company orders for branded pens are invoiced officially, with e-invoices that comply with Jordan's National Billing System. Payment is cash on delivery or a CliQ transfer, and a large run of pens usually starts after a share of it is paid up front by CliQ. Send the company name and tax details with the order so the invoice is issued correctly the first time.
