Does the 12 JOD price include the frame, or just the photo print?
The photo frame price covers both the printing and the frame. Printman prints your image, then assembles it into the finished frame, so what reaches you is one complete piece, not a print you still have to frame. Prices go from 12 JOD for the small size up to 35 JOD for the extra large, with the frame color and the finish included.
What resolution does my photo need for the large frame sizes?
Photo frame files should be at least 300 DPI at the printed size, in CMYK color, and saved as PDF, AI, EPS, PSD, JPEG or PNG. A small file shows its limits most at the large and extra large sizes. Printman checks every file for print suitability before printing and tells you if the image will not hold up at the size you picked.
What if my photo is landscape and the frame I want is portrait?
Orientation is picked by you on the product page, portrait or landscape, and the frame is built around the file you send. A landscape photo put in a portrait frame has to lose part of the picture, so choose the orientation your photo is already in, or crop it yourself before uploading. Printman does not do graphic design in house, so we print the file as you send it.
Glossy or matte finish, which one should I pick?
Glossy finish gives deeper color and stronger contrast, which suits family photos, travel shots and artwork. Matte finish reflects less light, so it is the calmer pick for a frame hanging opposite a window or under strong office lighting, and fingerprints show on it less. Both finishes are offered on every size of this frame, so choose by where the frame will hang, not by size.
How many sizes does the photo frame come in?
The photo frame comes in 4 sizes, Small, Medium, Large and Extra Large, each one available with a black or a white frame. Price follows the size, starting at 12 JOD for the small and reaching 35 JOD for the extra large. Larger sizes need a bigger original file, so check your photo before you pick the extra large.
How long does a framed photo take, and does it arrive ready to hang?
Photo frames are usually ready for collection in 1 to 3 business days after the file is approved, and delivery time is added on top of that. Standard delivery is 3 JOD anywhere in Jordan within 48 hours, and free over 100 JOD. The frame arrives assembled with the photo already mounted inside, ready to hang on a wall or stand on a desk.
