Questions about this product
Does the 15 JOD price include the clips and rope shown in the photos?
The custom name girls accessory organizer is sold as the acrylic piece only at 15 JOD. Any clips, scrunchies, hanging rope or decorations in the product photos are there to show the organizer in use and are not part of the order. What arrives is the acrylic organizer with your chosen name and the colors you picked.
Can I choose the acrylic color and the name color separately?
The acrylic color and the name color are two separate choices on the product page, so the piece and the lettering do not have to match. Pick one from each list and the organizer is made in that combination. The lists on the page are the colors available for this product, and nothing outside them is part of the 15 JOD piece. Ask on WhatsApp +962 78 8655568 if you are unsure.
How do I send the name I want on the organizer?
The name reaches Printman after the order is placed. Write the exact spelling you want and send it on WhatsApp to +962 78 8655568, and the shop works from that spelling. Printman does not offer in-house graphic design, so what you send is what gets made on the acrylic. Check the letters once more before sending, because each piece is made to order with that one name.
How tall is the organizer and what does it hold?
The custom name organizer measures 30 cm in height and holds hair clips, scrunchies, bracelets and other small accessories in one place instead of a drawer. Width is not listed on the product page, so ask on WhatsApp +962 78 8655568 if the exact size matters for a shelf. The organizer is decorative as much as it is practical, so it sits on a shelf as part of the room and not only as storage.
How long does the organizer take before it arrives in Amman?
Most Printman orders are ready for collection in 1 to 3 business days, and delivery time is added on top of that. Standard delivery is 3 JOD anywhere in Jordan and arrives within 48 hours, and it is free once the order passes 100 JOD. Because the organizer carries a name, order a few days before a birthday rather than the night before.
Can I order more than one organizer with different names?
Each organizer carries one name, so two sisters means two pieces, each with its own name and its own color choice. Send both spellings on WhatsApp +962 78 8655568 after the order so nothing gets swapped between them. Payment is cash on delivery or a CliQ transfer, and delivery is free once the order total passes 100 JOD.
