Questions about this product
Does the welcome board price include a stand?
The welcome board price covers the printed board only, so a stand is not part of it. The board runs from 10 JOD to 15 JOD by size, and anything added to the board is priced on top of that and shown on the product page before you order. Check the options on the page if you want the board and a stand together.
Which welcome board size fits a wedding entrance?
The welcome board comes in three sizes: 70 x 50 cm, 80 x 60 cm and 100 x 70 cm. A 70 x 50 cm board suits a table beside the door, where guests read it from close up. A 100 x 70 cm board carries further, so it still reads from a few steps back at a hall entrance. Every size is printed on the same 5 mm foam.
What is the welcome board printed on?
Printman prints the welcome board on 5 mm light foam using UV technology, so the names, the date and the colours stay sharp when guests read the board from a few steps away. The foam is light, which keeps the board easy to carry into the venue. The same 5 mm foam is used for all three sizes.
How do I send my design for the welcome board?
The welcome board design comes from you as a print-ready file, uploaded on the product page or sent over WhatsApp after the order. Printman accepts PDF, AI, EPS, PSD, JPEG and PNG, in CMYK at 300 DPI minimum, with fonts embedded or converted to outlines, and crop marks and bleed on any design running to the edge. Printman does not offer in-house graphic design.
How early should I order a welcome board before the wedding?
Welcome boards are usually ready for collection in 1 to 3 business days, and delivery time is added on top of that. Standard delivery is 3 JOD anywhere in Jordan within 48 hours, and free over 100 JOD. Send the print-ready file with the order, because Printman checks the file for print suitability before the board is printed.
Can Printman print a welcome board for a company event or a shop opening?
Printman prints welcome boards for corporate events, shop openings, reception areas and private functions, not only for weddings. The board carries your logo and your own layout the same way a wedding design does, on the same 5 mm foam and the same three sizes, and the price stays between 10 JOD and 15 JOD depending on the size.
