Should the logo be embroidered or printed on a polo shirt?

Embroidery suits a polo worn by staff every day when the logo is a simple mark, because the stitching sits in the fabric itself. Printing suits a logo with fine detail, several colours, or one that has to cover a large area. Printman does both on polo shirts, so say which one you want when you order and send artwork built for that method.

What colours and sizes does the polo shirt come in?

The polo shirt comes in 19 colours, among them Black, Navy Blue, Burgundy, Forest Green, Charcoal Gray, Olive Green and Beige, so staff kit can sit close to a brand colour. Payment is cash on delivery or a CliQ transfer, and a large staff order pays a share up front by CliQ. Does embroidery need a different logo file than printing on a polo?

A vector PDF, AI or EPS gives the cleanest edges, which matters most when the mark is small on a chest. Keep the file in CMYK at 300 DPI minimum and convert the fonts to outlines. Printman does not offer in-house graphic design, so the file you send is what goes on the shirt.
