Questions about this product
How much do A4 certificates cost?
A4 certificates are priced per job, so there is no fixed price on the page. Send Printman the quantity you need, the paper you want and your artwork, and a quote comes back within one business day. Quantity and paper both move the price, so if you are still deciding, ask for two quantities in the same message.
Do the certificates come with a frame?
A4 certificates on this page are the printed sheet on its own, with no frame included. The sheet is 21 x 29.7 cm, so it fits any standard A4 frame or certificate folder you already have. If you want the frame done here, Printman lists A4 Framed Certificates as a separate product, printed and fitted into a ready-to-display frame.
Can each certificate be printed with a different name?
Names print exactly as they sit in the file you send, so build one PDF with each certificate on its own page and the name already placed on it. Printman does not offer in-house graphic design, so the name list has to be typed into the artwork before it arrives. Files are checked for print suitability before anything goes on paper.
What file should I send for a certificate design?
Printman prints from your print-ready file and accepts PDF, AI, EPS, PSD, JPEG and PNG. Set the file to CMYK at 300 DPI minimum, and embed the fonts or convert the text to outlines so the certificate title does not shift. If the border or background runs to the edge of the sheet, add crop marks and bleed.
How long does a certificate order take?
Most certificate orders are ready for collection in 1 to 3 business days, and delivery time is added on top of that. Standard delivery is 3 JOD anywhere in Jordan within 48 hours, and it is free over 100 JOD. If the ceremony date is fixed, tell Printman when you send the file so it is taken into account with the quote.
What paper are the certificates printed on?
Certificate paper is picked per job rather than fixed on this page, so name the weight and the finish you want when you ask for the quote and Printman prices that exact stock. If you are not sure, say how the certificate gets used, framed on a wall, handed out at a ceremony or filed in a folder, and the quote comes back with a suitable option.
